CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER/PRESIDENT

Daryl Ammann, Founded D&D Dixy Trucking Inc. in 1981 

Daryl is usually found tinkering in the shop, cross-docking, loading trailers or answering phone calls. Although he is still very active in the company today, Daryl enjoys leaving early on Friday's to enjoy time at the lake, and has started to take February's off completely to sample a much deserved early retirement. Spending time with his wife Diane and their 6 grandchildren at the lake is his favorite thing to do; as well as cross country skiing, bicycling, and fishing. He is never too far away, and always lends his wisdom and insight when needed.  (Detailed history on our CEO & D&D Dixy Trucking Inc.)

VICE PRESIDENT/ADMINISTRATION

Diane Ammann, Co-Founder of D&D Dixy Trucking Inc. 

Diane has successfully controlled and maintained the administration and accounting department since day one, along with many other tasks associated with the company. Diane is still very busy with administration, and is slowly transferring some of her duties over to her two daughters so she may enjoy the freedom of retirement when the time is right. Diane enjoys spending quality time with her husband Daryl, her daughters, and their families.  Photography and Scrap-Booking are passions, and she is always found with her camera around her neck and some sort of fancy new lens or piece of equipment to take photos with!

ACCOUNTING

Natalie Ammann

Hired on originally in 1998 as an Office Assistant, Natalie obtained her Diploma in Accounting & Strategic measurement from Grant MacEwan Unversity in 2006. Currently she runs the Accounting department, and is our "go to" girl for anything computer related. Natalie has re-designed the way we do paperwork here at D&D, and is in the process of trying to help us reduce our carbon footprint by going green. When not at work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her 4 children. Natasha, Ethan, Tiffany, and Cyana. Whether she's cheering at the Dance Studio, making crafts, or having fun with her kids; she is always kept busy with her little ones! In her spare time Natalie will more than likely be found on some wild adventure, quadding, camping, or relaxing with her Husband Gerald.

OPERATIONS MANAGER/LEAD DISPATCHER/SAFETY SUPERVISOR

Jeremy Vandermey

Jeremy joined the company in 2003. He quickly learned the ropes, and was transferred over to head office as a Dispatcher in 2005. In 2010 Jeremy obtained his Class 1 license and committed to driving full time for D&D. Since then he has moved back into the office, and is currently our Operations Manager and Lead Dispatcher. If he's not on the phone quoting loads or directing our Transport Engineers, Jeremy is most likely in the shop helping out the Mechanics or fixing something that needs to be addressed.  A "Jack of all Trades," Jeremy's passion in his spare time is renovating, and re-building anything he can get his hands on. If he's not working on some new project he can be found riding his motorcycle, or spending time with his wife Melissa, and their two children Annastacia & Seth.
